These 20 smooth side 44 Seat Coaches were delivered to Union Pacific in early '60.  15 more coaches were built for Lot 1830 to the same plan in late '65.  The cars were essentially similar to ACF Lots 3812, 3843 and 4095 delivered in '53 and '54 to UP and C&NW.
