These 17 Pullman Standard Fluted 6 Section/4 Bedroom/6 Roomette Sleepers were delivered to New Haven (11 cars), Bangor & Aroostook(2 cars), and Boston & Maine (4 cars)  in early '55 for service on various trains.  The NH and B&M cars were the "Beach" series, the BAR cars were "Lake."  In '65 and '66, the B&M and BAR cars went to Canadian National.  Long Island bought 7 of the NH cars in '69, which were all retired and sold in '74 and '75.  The remaining 4 NH cars went to Penn Central and were scrapped in '71.
