These 6 PS 52 Seat Double Vestibule Divided Coaches with prewar style fluting were delivered to Southern Railway in '41 for use on the "Southerner" and the "Tennessean."  The forward section of 26 seats, along with the 22 seats in the Baggage/Dorm/Coach in front of it, were provided for "colored" patrons per segregation laws in Southern states.
