These 2 Budd Fluted Side 68' Baggage Cars were delivered to Rock Island in mid '39 for use on the "Rocky Mountain Rocket."  They were numbered 850 and 851.  Both were retired in '71 and sold for scrap.  Any core kit/base car will have to be shortened to make this model.
