These 16 Budd Fluted Stainless Steel 1 Drawing Room/29 Seat Parlor Cars were delivered to the Pennsylvania Railroad in early '52 for use on the "Senator" and the "Congressionals." They were the first class seating on the trains. Pennsy designated the cars as PP85 and numbered them 7130 to 7145. They were also named after various figures from the American Revolutionary period. All cars went to Amtrak in '71. Most have been scrapped or sold to private owners.
