These 12 Budd Fluted Side 60 Seat Coaches were delivered to Pennsy in late '40.  6 were painted Tuscan Red for use on the "South Wind."  6 were left stainless steel for use on the SAL "Silver Meteor" and ACL "Champion."  The ACL cars had a purple name plate.  Randall doesn't mention their disposition.
