These 4 Budd Fluted Side Stainless Steel 18 Seat Coffee Shop/26 Seat Lounge cars were delivered to Pennsylvania Railroad in early '51 for use on the "Congressionals" and the "Senator."  They provided moderately priced meals for coach passengers.  Pennsy used D85ed to identify the cars with numbers 1153 to 1156.  Their disposition wasn't mentioned in the PCL.
